Fleet Collision & Auto Body Repair in Metro Vancouver
You keep the business moving. Let us help organize the repairs.
Fleet collision repair starts with understanding the vehicle, damage and business priorities. Our Colorworks Team helps plan body, dent, bumper and paint repairs, with a clear process for estimates, approvals and handover.

Less to coordinate on your own
Fleet repairs planned around your business
A damaged vehicle creates more than a repair task. Someone has to arrange assessment, approve the work, inform the driver and plan for time off the road. Tell our team how the vehicle is used so those details can be discussed from the start.
For several vehicles, ask about a staged schedule instead of assuming every unit needs to leave service together. Confirm the repair scope, facility, approval contact and proposed timing before booking.
Set the priorities
Identify vehicles that are off the road, items affecting operation and cosmetic work that can be planned separately. Let the assessment establish the repair needs.
Keep approval clear
Name the person authorized to approve work and changes. Share any unit number, purchase order or invoicing requirements before the repair is arranged.
Plan the handover
Confirm the actual shop, driver contact and drop-off and collection arrangements. Discuss deadlines early, with timing confirmed after assessment.

Fleet collision repair questions
Fleet collision repair questions
What fleet vehicles can Colorworks assess?
Ask about body repairs for company cars, SUVs, pickups, service vans and other commercial vehicles. Share the make, model, year, dimensions where relevant and fitted equipment. The selected shop must confirm vehicle suitability and repair capability before booking.
Can we arrange repairs for more than one fleet vehicle?
Yes. Discuss a vehicle list, damage details and business priorities with our Colorworks Team. Ask about assessment appointments and whether repairs can be scheduled in stages. The proposed plan depends on the scope, facility and availability.
How long will a fleet repair take?
Timing depends on the damage, repair method, parts, approvals and shop availability. Share any operational deadlines at the enquiry stage. The advisor will explain the proposed schedule after assessment and update you if the plan changes.
Can a fleet assessment begin with photos?
Ask your advisor which vehicle details and photos are needed. Photos can help prepare an enquiry, but an in-person inspection may be required. Discuss any on-site assessment availability directly with the selected shop.
Do you offer fleet pricing?
Ask the advisor about fleet pricing, volume arrangements and available packages for your vehicles. Pricing and any fleet account terms need to be confirmed directly; they are not automatically included with an enquiry.
Can we specify who approves repairs?
Tell the advisor who is authorized to approve estimates and changes, which vehicle or unit reference to use, and how your business wants to receive updates. Confirm any purchase order or invoicing requirements before repairs begin.
Can you help with private-pay and insurance fleet repairs?
Yes. Explain whether the work is paid directly by the business or relates to an insurance claim. Your Colorworks advisor explains the repair arrangements; the insurer confirms coverage, deductibles and claim approval.
Is pickup or vehicle concierge included?
Confirm vehicle movement and handover arrangements with the advisor before booking. Collection and delivery are not automatic. Vehicle concierge is available only through eligible ICBC Valet service and confirmed arrangements.
What warranty applies to fleet body repairs?
Colorworks publishes limited warranty terms with different coverage for paintwork, metalwork, parts and other repair items, along with exclusions. Ask the repairing shop which terms apply to your approved work and keep the repair receipt.
Can I enquire about an electric or hybrid fleet vehicle?
Yes. Identify the vehicle model, year and powertrain early. The shop must confirm collision-repair capability and any specialist arrangements. Manufacturer certification varies by facility and brand; ask the advisor to confirm the appropriate repair location.
