I had an absolutely great experience with Colorworks Auto Body Repair. The whole team - from the front desk staff to the managers - provided excellent customer service and was transparent throughout the process. The manager, Scott, went above and beyond. I brought my car in for a dent repair and also asked about whether a four-wheel alignment was necessary, as recommended by the dealership. Scott took my vehicle for a test drive to determine if the alignment was actually needed or not and provided me with timely updates. The work done was also high-quality and detail-oriented. I would recommend Colorworks to anyone. Thank you!!

Gotta say this one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Super smooth process of getting an appointment, bringing in my car, getting a rental for the week, and multiple call backs and updates on the state of the repair.

Aaand they cleaned the car, inside and out. Looks the best it has all year. Hope I never have the need for body shop work again, but if I do, I'm coming back here. Thank you Scott and team, y'all are fantastic at your jobs

Hubby went into get an estimate to reapply a side panel bumper which was torn off. 1/2 hr later he was driving off with repair done and the manager Scott said no charge! Great service from the receptionist, mechanic and Scott. Thanks guys we’ll be back, and can recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Colourworks Mississauga and Desmond’s team.

My car came back from airport parking with significant damage across the hood (see before photos). After weeks of trying to get answers from the responsible parties — multiple emails, escalations, even reaching out to executives and media — I got nowhere.
