After a fender bender with my 1992 (you read that right) BMW 325, I took it to Tom’s for an estimate and ICBC claim. I was skeptical that ICBC would pay for a repair but when they did approve, then began the slow process of getting parts direct from Germany. It took Tom’s months and many many back and forth calls and emails to BMW Germany, but their relentlessness, commitment and fortitude finally paid off with delivery of the difficult-to-find parts. Pat was the lead on the file and Jonathon my contact. I also requested a cut polish to see how the car could be brought back to life, out of my own pocket. The results were beyond any expectations I had. They even removed the one good headlight to clean and remove the built up haze, making both the new and old headlight look the same. The attention to detail and perseverance in getting the job done was beyond excellent. I’ve used Tom’s for years and my faith in them continues.

I took my took my car (Chevrolet Volt) after an accident. Staff were friendly and helpful and dealt directly with ICBC-phew! I dropped off the car and picked up a rental. They fixed my bumper, lights and trim under bumper and the car was ready in less than 3 days. On pick up the car had been cleaned inside and out. Fantastic service! Hopefully Noone will scrape my car again but if they do I'll be returning here.

I was super impressed with the service provided. I needed a ruby-red metallic (which is a tri-coat) matched on multiple exterior pieces of my Ford Mustang. I interacted with Johnathon who was performing the painting but was unsure if he would be able to match the metallic red. My concern was that I had previous work done to my bumper in the past by another company and it looked dull in the sun. He assured me that he would be able to match what I wanted and I am very glad I used their service. It took about 2.5 weeks to complete the job as multiple pieces required fixing and repainting but now my car looks fresh and feels like it's brand new again.
