No. Vehicle concierge is available only through the ICBC Valet service within the Colorworks Express program. Private dent, scratch and paint repairs are arranged directly with the chosen shop.
What should I have ready for an ICBC repair enquiry?
Have your claim number if you have already reported the claim, vehicle details, damage photos if available and the vehicle location. ICBC confirms coverage, deductible and claim requirements. The Colorworks team helps arrange the assessment and repair.
Can I get an estimate for a small bumper scuff?
Yes. Request an assessment so the team can check the paint, bumper condition and any nearby sensors. A small visible mark does not establish the complete repair scope or price.
How long will the repair take?

Can Colorworks repair my vehicle if I do not have Collision coverage?
Yes. Ask your Colorworks Express advisor for a private repair estimate. Without Collision coverage from ICBC or another insurer, you may need to pay for your own vehicle repairs after an at-fault or single-vehicle crash. If another driver was responsible, Basic Vehicle Damage coverage may still apply. Your insurer confirms coverage.
