I recently had my car repaired at Coloworks in Port Elgin after an accident. With the high mileage on the family vehicle, I genuinely thought it was going to be written off. The car has huge sentimental value for me, my wife, and our kids, so the idea of losing it was tough. Sam and Lex went above and beyond to help keep the repair within budget. They were straightforward, supportive, and treated me like more than just another customer — we were on a first‑name basis, and they even offered to drive my keys to my house in Kincardine after I picked up the vehicle off-hours. The turnaround time was excellent and exactly as promised. They sourced parts from out of province to make the repair possible, and the quality of the work blew me away. The paint blending is flawless — you’d never know anything happened to the vehicle. I couldn’t say better things about the team. Highly recommend.
