Thank you to everyone here for making my very first accident after 35 + yrs of driving less stressful. All the staff were kind and patient, especially Lori who made sure I had a loaner car for the duration of the repair. My car is uncommon, on the higher end and very new so the fact that they got parts so quickly I was surprised. I was also very happy with their customer service, they answered all my questions, cleaned my car top to bottom and the detailer even cleaned my son's stuffed animal that he dropped in a puddle when I picked up my car. Nowadays it seems like businesses are indifferent towards customers, but this couldn't be further from the truth here. People there seemed to want your business and care about the work they did. Well done to everyone, couldn't be happier. I hope I don't have to use this business again, but I would highly recommend them if you need autobody work.

Rick is a skilled professional. Replaced my bumper and touched my car quickly and looking way better than when i brought it in.

Very pleased with Rick’s customer service. I went to get touch ups on some paint chips and a bent panel and Rick took care of it right away while I waited. Great service is rare these days. Highly recommend!

If the part didnt take the time it did to come in, they would have had me in and out in a matter of days if not less than. My car sounds brand new again and lori had so much compassion for my situation and made me feel very taken care of. If you want a trust worthy shop to do your work this place is great. They even vacuumed the floors after they were done, I got my car back cleaner than when I left i! The little things made it feel the extra mile, Definitely happy with the services I recieved here. For those wondering i had my catalytic converter replaced as it was stolen days after I had surgery.

Update: Paul reached out to address my concerns directly. We went over the OEM parts costs together, and what's missing and he honored our deal. It’s rare and refreshing to see a business owner who truly cares about customer satisfaction and stands by their word. I really appreciate Paul making things right! Original: I brought my Car to Colorworks Barrie for a cracked upper garnish and detached grille, paying a deposit 15 days in advance 1/3rd of the price of total quote, yet parts weren't ordered until I dropped the car off on Monday. Despite a Friday promise, no work was done by Thursday because the parts hadn't arrived, meaning they had to rush the entire repair into just one day before Friday pickup. Their paint work is an incredibly close match, but the repair strategy was highly questionable. They replaced the entire lower bumper unnecessarily—claiming the headlights were holding it up, I had to open the whole thing it (For your technician - it doesn't connect ) — yet left the broken back upper grille held together with makeshift wire. I easily fixed the structural integrity myself by replacing the back grille and headlights for just $450 (less than 1/3rd of price I paid to them), keeping their paint job intact. They do aesthetic work and made the car look good, but double-check their plan to make sure they are actually fixing what needs to be fixed. I didn't feel I got the value of what I paid and it was so unnecessary to replace the lower bumper and skipping the actual broken parts. Paul is a great guy to talk to but I didn't feel he paid attention where it was needed.

They did a perfect job repainting a bumper scuff I had. Quick turnaround and excellent customer service. Was recommended to come here, and I’ll definitely use them again in the future.
