There is good service, and then there is "Good Stuff"! Maureen and her team exemplify what customer service really means- truly caring and genuinely invested in their craft and guest satisfaction. A family owned business (becoming more scarce I might add), that goes above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of- a fading art in a world some say, moving more towards quick turnover and higher profits.
It was my first time here. Maureen left a lasting impression- It won't be my last.

I came in after a hit and run, I was referred to the team by my dealership. Team was extremely helpful, managing all communications with insurance and getting a fair quote out quickly. Great experience! I'll be going back the next time I need anything done.

Maureen and John made the repair of my broken grill, cracked vent and scratched bumper comfortable and easy. I had never handled this type of thing on my own before and was completely lost. They were reassuring in every way and when my battery failed on the repair day they handled that without a hitch too.
When I picked up my car (one day early) it was just like new and sparkling inside and out! It looked like it had just come out of the showroom.

They went above and beyond while our vehicle was in their care. Upon pickup, it looked as though it had just come off the showroom floor — spotless inside and out. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional, and their attention to detail truly sets them apart.

Neither my husband nor I have ever put a recommendation on Google, even if we had good service. We are doing it now because Colorworks Westman Collision gave us great service for the second time!
Our Subaru was rear ended, causing significant damage. After going to the Police Accident Reporting Center, we went directly to Colorworks Westman Collision on Oxford Street in London.
We were greeted with empathy and support. Maureen Pito, the manager examined the vehicle, took pictures and explained the extent of the damages.
She told us to report the damage to our insurer, and she sent her pictures, together with a comprehensive explanation of the damage to the insurer as well. When questions arose, she addressed them, and she kept us fully informed.
When the parts arrived, we took our Subaru directly in, and Maureen had already arranged for a car to take us to the rental car service; we were in and out.
Here is the best part though; our Subaru was ready in 2 days!
Maureen called us to come and get our car and when we picked it up, it looked brand new! Plus, they even detailed the interior! Wow! On top of that, they even arranged to have the rental car returned.
Hopefully we will never have any sort of collision again but if we do, we are going to Colorworks Westman Collision without hesitation!

I brought my car in February 13 for scratches on the door. They buffed it out for me and did a fantastic job!! Excellent customer service! Highly recommend Colorworks. AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME job! Our 2017 Ram Sport Red Pearl pickup went into Colorworks with white road paint splattered all over the passenger side. We have dealt with John and Maureen in the past for a small touch up to the scoop on our Mustang and the dealership where we bought both vehicles always sent their paint and body work to this location. This was an insurance claim but while we had it in there we decided to add fender flares and had them fix some other issues with the vehicle at our personal expense. I only wish I had a picture of my husband's face when he saw his truck. By the looks on their faces, I could tell John and Maureen were just waiting for his reaction when he walked out to the shop. The truck looked like it just came off the lot. It just sparkled all over. Although they did not paint the whole truck, it looked like they did. To top it all off the interior was spotless as well and I know how dirty it was when we dropped it off. My husband was hospitalized during this time and they were so understanding and flexible with the appointment. Thanks so much for the excellent work and your patience. Diana and Frank
