I scraped the side of my brand-new truck at the car wash and was absolutely devastated. I called around to several autobody shops for estimates, and Colorworks was by far the best. It did take a couple of months to get in, but since the damage was cosmetic, I didn’t mind at all. Plus a busy shop is a good sign their work is worth the wait!
Raj was fantastic to work with—he responded quickly to all my emails and was incredibly friendly. Chris in the shop was also super personable. Both of them made the process easy and even had me laughing, which I really appreciated. Great customer service goes a long way, and they definitely delivered.
The bodywork on my truck was flawless. You would never know how badly it was scraped—it looks brand new again. They were also impressively fast. Raj mentioned it might take about three days, but I dropped my truck off on Tuesday and it was ready for pickup by noon the very next day, which was awesome since no one likes being without a vehicle.
After getting it home, I noticed a very small issue that was barely noticeable, and I almost didn’t say anything. But since my truck is less than six months old (and I’m a bit OCD), I knew it would bother me. Raj was amazing about it and got me in the very next day. Thirty minutes later, it was fixed perfectly.
