Pay: CA$24.00-CA$28.00 per hour

Job description: Colorworks Express Autobody Centers is seeking an autobody technician with at least 2+ years of experience or a Licensed Journeyman Autobody Technician to join our team in Barrie.

This high-volume shop offers steady work, a strong team environment, and competitive pay for an experienced technician.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in Autobody or a Licensed Journeyman Technician
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
High School Diploma or equivalent

Technical Skills & Experience

Ability to follow repair estimates and repair documentation.
Participate in and contribute to repair planning processes.
Experience using structural pulling equipment.
Experience in aluminum and steel repair.
Ability to repair and/or replace interior and exterior vehicle components.
Fundamental experience and knowledge working with:
Hybrid systems
ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
Airbags and restraint systems
Experience removing and replacing heavily damaged vehicle sections, such as roof panels and rear body panels.
Strong understanding of manufacturer repair procedures and safety standards.
Commitment to producing high-quality repairs in a fast-paced environment.
